Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry was an American model and actress who won to the stage with her Miss USA title in 1996. After watching the 1970 film "Love Story" her mother gave her the name Ali after Ali MacGraw. Her birthplace was Cecilia and went to Cecilia High School. She was the head of the cheerleading team at the time of her graduation and was crowned 'Miss Louisiana Teen America' when she was of 17. In 1996, she won the title of Miss Louisiana USA. Her fame was boosted by winning the title of Miss America. In 1997 she made her first appearance as an actor in the TV series "Clueless". In 1998, she achieved recognition by playing the "Doritos Girl" when she appeared in the Super Bowl commercial for 'Doritos. Her debut came as a film actress in the 2000 movie Beautiful. Through the following years she's appeared in many TV and film productions. She has also been included in numerous'most wanted women' lists.
